Does Capturall join my calls as a participant?
No. Capturall never joins a call. It records on your own iPhone or Mac, so nothing appears in the participant list. You run a consent step with the other side before any capture starts.
Will my prospect know the call is being recorded?
Yes, if you follow the flow as intended. Capturall has an explicit consent step before any capture, because recording someone without telling them is a bad idea legally and a worse one commercially.
Where does the audio go?
By default, nowhere. Transcription runs on-device on iPhone and Mac (Apple silicon). If you use the browser or high-accuracy mode, processing happens on EU servers only, and the transcript is labelled with an “EU cloud” badge. Audio is never stored unless you opt in.
Does it work for Dutch-language sales calls?
Yes. Strong Dutch support (nl-NL and nl-BE) is a core focus, not an afterthought.
